Ocean View walked me through the steps for buying a property in Dubai.  They subsequentely found my property of choice.  As a relative newcomer to the UAE, and the property market in particular, I was re-assured with their knowledge and expertise.  Buying a property outisde your home country is a huge undertaking for many people - layered with potential pitfalls, risk and regulatory abnormalities.  The Ocean View agent, Nick Howes, however managed the transaction from start to finish in the most professional way possible.

I would like to write this in person to you, Claire, to thank you heaps for selling my apartment on The Palm for me.  I was actually shocked or rather surprised and stunned in the manner and speed the whole thing was done.  I mean, at 8.30am you were informed about the apartment which I wanted to sell and the same day at 10.00am I get a call back saying you have someone who would like to view it in the afternoon, and at 4.30 I get a call back saying the deal is confirmed and meet me at Nakheels office next day monring to collect your cash cheque and handover the apartment!  That was speed like lightening, but more, the way the complete transaction was handled seamlessly, I never thought it would feel so easy to sell off and transfer a property within 24 hours.
