Ocean View were the very first company to open up an actual property showroom, located along Sheikh Zayed Road and It is our commitment to the highest levels of customer service, practicing due diligence and transparency that has seen us grow from just five members to a company now employing in excess of forty sales and rental consultants, with branch offices in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Tim Boswell – Founder and CEO
Tim set up Ocean View Dubai back in 2002, when Ocean View were the first company to set up a real estate showroom, which was located prominently on the Sheikh Zayed Road. Bringing eleven years of previous UK and international real estate experience with him, Tim recognized the opening in the market for a UK company to serve a potentially robust UK and European clientele. Tim’s first hand experience and knowledge of what became the fastest growing property market, has earned him a most respected place within the industry, and has enabled him to forge important alliances and partnerships.

Dawn Draper – Head of Operations
Dawn has worked in the residential property sector in international markets for over twenty six years. Her understanding of the intricacies of luxury investments is extensive, and through her previous roles as investment and project consultant to major property developers, has tremendous insight into the real world dynamics in both new and emerging financial markets
